One Month Old!!

I can't believe that Grant "turned" 1 month yesterday!! We are so glad he is healthy again. He loves to snuggle and he is so alert when he is awake...just taking in all the craziness that he finds here!! He had his one month check up today...He weighed in at 10.5 lbs (50th percentile) and measured 22 inches long (also the 50th percentile)...

Grant is named after my dad, brother, and grandpa...this is a pic of Grant and my dad taken a few days after he was born...Grant is starting to loose his baby hair and he is looking more and more like my dad!! ;)

Here are a few pics from a quick "one month session" that I took today...I hope he continues to love having his picture taken...because I can't get enough!!.... (notice the hair line!)...His eyes are looking bluer (is that a word?) everyday...and I think his hair looks kindof strawberry blonde...but we will have to see how it grows back in...

First of all...I can't believe how much he has changed already!! The above picture was taken in the hospital at just a few days old!!

The rest of these pics were taken at 2 weeks...I have just been a bit slow to get them edited and posted...I can't belive that he will be 1 month old on Thursday...

We are so glad that he is feeling a little better each day...He is such a trooper and still has such a calm disposition even when he is sick!!

The joys of siblings!

The joys of having older siblings...Grant has caught what the older kids had...He was having a really hard time breathing on Tuesday...so we went to Phoenix Children's and he ended up being admitted for observations and testing...He tested positive for RSV...We stayed over night and they discharged us the next morning with some strict instructions to watch him real close and bring him back if needed...So far he is doing better...we are so thankful for all your thoughts and prayers!! Even though he isn't feeling well...he is still the cutest thing ever!!

Our little miracle arrived!!

Grant Terry Walworth was born by c-section on December 29th. He weighed in at 8 lbs even and is 19 1/2 inches long. He is beautiful and we love him so much!!
