You are right...family is the BEST! What cute kiddos too!! Okay so here's the deal on the tax credit basically you have to make really good money for it to really even effect your returns. Bummer. We have put in an offer on a short sale and they signed our contract on Monday. So as far as we understand it is simply a long waiting game now, but we are excited! It is in the same ward and much bigger! Hope all is well and sorry I didn't have better news on the tax credit.
