My family and I participated in the 2009 Memory Walk to end Alzheimers...My husband and I both have grandparents who suffer from this terrible illness...It was fun for us to participate as a family. Many of my extended family members also donated. My aunt and grandma also came and walked the walk...
At the end of the event our team one third place for non-corporate donations!!! We got an EXTREMELY LARGE framed t-shirt that is now displayed at Grandma's house :)

NINA STARTED HEADSTART TODAY!!!
ON AUGUST 29TH GRANT REACHED THE 8 MONTH MARK!! I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW FAST HE IS GROWING. HE IS STARTING TO SHOW SOME REAL PERSONALITY..IT IS SO FUN TO SEE HIM INTERACT WITH HIS SIBLINGS...HE LOVES TO PLAY WITH THEM AND DEFINITELY PREFERS THEIR TOYS OVER HIS OWN.
ON THE 25TH GRANT STARTED CRAWLING. HE IS GETTING BETTER AT IT EVERYDAY...HE ESPECIALLY LOVES TO FOLLOW THE KIDS AROUND.
HE IS NOT A FAN OF BEING PHOTOGRAPHED WHILE CRAWLING...
